RevO2 Peppermint Portable Oxygen - Full disclosure, I never tried oxygen from a can before. I have heard about oxygen bars but I never tried that either. The can feels empty and there is no liquid to see or measure so I was not sure how I should now if anything is working or happening. Try using it when you want to reach for caffeine, like the times when you need a lift and your body and brain is dragging. My first try was during my morning pre-coffee fix. If this works I will definitely know. This stuff is the truth. My mind, mood and energy zapped to attention. Just a few seconds and a deep inhale and I was at attention. It gave me an endorphin lift feeling. I guarantee you will feel a difference if you try it when you are needing a boost. The improvement was sharp, instant and obvious. Don't let the lack of weight fool you turn the lock to open, insert in mouth and inhale while you press the trigger for a few seconds. I was fully energized within 5 minutes. I have been using first buying it on Amazon for months now, Use it everyday before and after treatments for COPD . I used the peppermint during an intense kettlebell workout that normally taxes me during the last few sets. I took maybe 4 or 5 hits and crushed it. I recommend for anyone who just needs that little boost to finish strong.

These oxygen supplements have been ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGERS for me! I mostly use the oxygen during pickleball matches and for recovery after physical exercise such as skiing. After years of playing tennis, skiing and now pickleball about 6 days a week, I have struggled with frequent body cramping and inadvertently holding my breath at times during long points. Now, after using the oxygen in between games, I have never cramped, and find myself more focused, energetic, and have more stamina! My muscle recovery has also improved! I can’t recommend them enough! I will continue to use them!
Yesterday I received my cans of oxygen and today I did my usual one hour workout and then I went on a hour and a half bicycle ride and when I got home. I sit down and just did deep breathing with the can about every third time and it just relaxed me I felt much better. It would be interesting to see if it will do something like help my muscles tomorrow.
